"I met Cody Floria when he was canvassing homeowners in my neighborhood who looked like they needed their roof replaced. When he came to my door, I simply said one word, the name of my insurance company. He replied with “so”. I told him that if he wanted to try, he was welcome to.

One inspection, two weeks later, and I had approval for a new roof.  Cody accompanied the insurance adjuster, was on site during the removal and installation of the new roof, and during the cleanup. He helped the roofing crew with the job, and made the run to purchase more plywood when it was discovered that more than 3 sheets needed replaced. His manner was accommodating, professional, and extremely pleasant. I had been trying to get the roof replaced for three years, and Cody was the man to get it done.

I have confidence and respect for Cody for the job he has done in getting my roof, and look forward to a repeat performance when he gets the new gutters. You cannot go wrong in seeking his advice, or services."
